A : I know you like Jack a lot, but what do you like about him?
B : Well, I don't know, but there's just something about him. Don't you think so?
A : Really? What's that "something"?
B : Well, he's gentle, patient, successful, and MATURE. I think He's my Mr. Right!
A : MATURE is a good word, but don't you think he's a little old for you? He's almost twice as old as you are!
B : Well, age shouldn't be something that comes in the way of a person's marriage.
A : 네가 Jack을 많이 좋아하는 것을 알지만, 그의 어떤 점이 좋은 거야?
B : 글쎄, 잘 모르겠지만, 그에게 뭔가가 있어. 그렇게 생각 하지 않아?

A : 성숙하단 말 잘했다. 너에게 조금 나이가 많다고 생각하지 않아? 그는 거의 너보다 나이가 두배가 더 많아.
B : 글쎄, 나이가 결혼에 방해가 되는 무언가가 되면 안되잖아.

‘Mr. Right’는 딱 맞는 짝, 즉 천생연분의 남자를 나타냅니다.
‘두 배나 ~한’ ‘세 배나 ~한’이라는 표현은 ‘twice as ~ as’ ‘three times as ~ as’를 사용합니다.
Ex) He works twice as hard as others. 그는 다른 사람의 두 배 열심히 일한다.
The demand is three times as great as the supply. 수요가 공급의 3배입니다.
‘come/get/be in the way of ~’를 바로 해석하면 ‘~의 길에 오다/끼어들다’이며, 이와 상통하여 ‘~의 방해가 되다’라는 의미로 사용됩니다.
Ex) Tell him not to get in the way. 그에게 방해하지 말라고 말해라.
