B : Hello Angela. I’m really sorry for being rude to you yesterday.
A : It’s ok, don’t worry.
B : I have my exams shortly, and I am feeling stressed.
A : Forget about it. It is water under the bridge.

A : 태민아, 안녕!
B : 안녕, Angela. 어제 무례하게 굴었던 거 정말 미안해.
A : 괜찮아. 걱정 하지마.
B : 곧 시험이 있어서 스트레스를 받고 있거든.
A : 잊어 버려. 이미 지나간 일이잖아.

‘shortly’는 ‘얼마 안 되어, 곧’이라는 의미의 부사로 ‘soon, in a little while’와 같은 의미입니다.
Ex) He’ll probably be back shortly.   그는 아마 곧 돌아올 겁니다.

‘It is water under the bridge.’는 이미 일어나서 현재에 바꿀 수 없는 일을 뜻하며 그 의미는 ‘이미 지나간 일이다’ 입니다.
Ex) I should have asked for more money when I was offered the job, but anyway, that's water under the bridge now.  나는 그 일을 제안 받았을 때 더 많은 돈을 요구했어야 했는데 어쨌든 지금은 지나간 일이다.
