A: We're on-air with Jill who has just completed her 30th marathon. How do you feel Jill?
B: Allen, I feel great, the last 10% of the run was just brutal, but I pulled it together at the end.
A: That's great to hear. Who's been your inspiration to complete all of these runs?
B: Honestly, my mom should take credit for a lot of my success. She always pushed me to achieve my goals in life.
A: Good to hear you have such a loving and supporting mom. Is there anything else you'd like to say?
B: Yes, thank you everyone who has supported me all these years!
A : 우리는 지금 막 서른 번째 마라톤을 마친 Jill양과 함께 있습니다. 기분이 어떠세요?

‘pull together’은 ‘힘을 모아 같이 일하다, 협력하다’라는 의미입니다. 보통 목적어로 재귀대명사로 나오는데 ‘힘을 내다, 정신을 가다듬다’라는 의미가 됩니다.
Ex) Just pull yourself together. You’re no longer a child. 다시 가다듬고 해라. 너는 더 이상 어린아이가 아니잖니.
‘take credit for’은 ‘~을 공을 차지하다, ~를 자신의 명예로 삼다’라는 의미의 동사 구입니다.
Ex) I really can’t take all the credit for the show’s success. 제가 그 쇼의 성공의 모든 공을 차지할 순 정말 없습니다.
