Gyeonggi Province Offers eBay and Naver Smart Store Training for New Entrepreneurs
[Suwon Ilbo = Reporter Park No-hun] Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Business & Science Accelerator will run the ‘2023 Gyeonggi Startup Hub Pangyo Startup Academy Online Startup Skills’ program to boost new companies in the province in entering online e-commerce.
According to the province on the 29th, the ‘Online Startup Skills’ training is a program designed for prospective and early-stage entrepreneurs planning to enter online marketing, aimed at developing business planning capabilities and field application skills such as online e-commerce market analysis and item marketing specialization strategies.
The training is scheduled to run from July 17 to 26 for about 70 participants, and is divided into an ‘overseas e-commerce (eBay)’ course and a ‘domestic e-commerce (Naver Smart Store)’ course.
The domestic e-commerce (Naver Smart Store) course covers ▲data analysis and item sourcing ▲opening a Naver Smart Store and content production ▲detailed Smart Store marketing strategies ▲one-on-one individual mentoring (for those who wish), while the overseas e-commerce (eBay) course consists of ▲online export marketing methods ▲basics of online trade startup taxation ▲eBay market research and product registration ▲eBay sales management and marketing ▲one-on-one individual mentoring (for those who wish).
As for the training method, hands-on, practice-centered education will be conducted so that participants can directly experience the entire process, from planning domestic and overseas online startups to building e-commerce channels, registering products, and selling.
Eligible participants include prospective and early-stage entrepreneurs and employed workers in the province, as well as university students residing or studying in the province, and they can apply through the ‘Gyeonggi Startup Platform (www.gsp.or.kr)’ until July 12.
