[Suwon Ilbo=Cheon Ui-hyeon Reporter] The Hwaseong City Culture and Tourism Foundation announced that it will host a planned performance of the Hwaseong City Art Troupe Orchestra titled "Concert Lounge III: Masterpiece & Classic" at Nulim Art Hall on September 9.

"Concert Lounge" is a series of planned performances designed to allow audiences to experience the diverse charm of classical music up close, with this being the third installment.

In this performance, cellist Kim Jung-ah will appear as a guest artist, performing Tchaikovsky's "Variations on a Rococo Theme." The Hwaseong City Art Troupe Orchestra will also present the first movement of Beethoven's Symphony No. 5 "Fate," delivering powerful energy and tightly coordinated ensemble playing.

Lim Dong-guk, Artistic Director of the Hwaseong City Orchestra, said, "This is a stage that conveys the depth and charm of classical masterpieces alongside an outstanding guest artist," and added, "I hope citizens will enjoy high-quality classical performances close to their everyday lives."

Admission is available for ages 7 and up, with all seats priced at 10,000 won. Early reservations made by the 21st receive a 30% discount. Tickets can be reserved on the Hwaseong City Performance Hall website and through Nolti Ticket.
