The Gyeonggi Province Office of Education (Superintendent of Education An Min-seok) has conducted a personnel reshuffle for major positions of Grade 5 and above effective September 1.

The scale of the personnel changes includes 17 promotions (13 to Grade 4, 4 to Grade 5) and 153 transfers and other movements, totaling 170 personnel.

This personnel reshuffle was arranged to maximize the implementation capacity of Gyeonggi Education's major transformation policy and to respond flexibly and promptly to rapidly changing educational administration demands.

Under the principles of 'competency-centered and right person for the right position,' capable talent demonstrating practical competence and policy planning and coordination abilities have been strategically selected and placed in key positions at the Provincial Office headquarters and Education Support Offices.

In particular, job compatibility and expertise were given top priority to swiftly resolve complex issues in the education field and to strongly drive forward tasks for Gyeonggi Education's major transformation.

The Provincial Office of Education will continue to enhance organizational dynamism and maintain fair personnel management focused on performance and competence.
