Byeongjeom 1-dong, Hwaseong Special City Presents Appreciation Plaques to 6 Sharing Stores

Byeongjeom 1-dong, Byeongjeom-gu, Hwaseong Special City visited 6 sharing stores in the area on the 24th together with the Community Social Security Council of Byeongjeom 1-dong to present appreciation plaques and share meals for low-income seniors.

This event was held to express gratitude to sharing stores that have consistently donated food and meals to neighbors in need, raise the pride of participating stores, and spread a culture of sharing throughout the community.

The Byeongjeom 1-dong Chief and members of the Community Social Security Council directly visited each sharing store to present plaques and encouraged store representatives who have continued warm sharing for neighbors in need in the area.

The six sharing stores that received plaques are △Tous les Jours △Nonggwa △Compose Coffee △Jjamppong Gak △Paneuthaha Day △Michineun Samgyeopsal Miwoone. These stores regularly donate bread and other food items, meals, beverages, and meal vouchers to provide warmth to neighbors in need. Nonggwa and Compose Coffee operate at the same location and installed a joint plaque.

Following this, in connection with Nonggwa's regular meal support program, galbi-tang (beef rib soup) and beverages were provided to 30 low-income seniors. Byeongjeom 1-dong and members of the Community Social Security Council checked on the seniors' health conditions and confirmed their well-being, adding deeper meaning to community care.

Byeongjeom 1-dong Chief Jung Tae-sang said, "I am grateful to the store representatives who have consistently shared warm hearts for neighbors in need," and added, "I hope this plaque will serve as an opportunity to promote the value of long-standing sharing while encouraging new participation in sharing throughout the community."
