Osan Municipal Museum of Art Hosts Third "SHOW CON" Outdoor Container Exhibition [Art S]

[Suwon Ilbo=Choi Seung-ho, Culture Editor] The Osan Municipal Museum of Art announced it will host the third "SHOW CON" outdoor container exhibition through November 1st.

The exhibition has been running since the 25th in the outdoor container space at the Osan Municipal Museum of Art, featuring artists Kim Kyung-seon, Shin Na-un, and Cho Jin-gyu. The three artists present narratives about time and relationships, creation and reconstruction, through different materials and sculptural approaches.

Artist Kim Kyung-seon expresses traces of time, labor, and relationships by utilizing recycled denim fabric and stitching techniques. Artist Shin Na-un demonstrates the process of creation and disappearance through repetitive work of stacking and folding brown napkins. Artist Cho Jin-gyu gathers small fragments and reconstructs them into a single structure, embodying the relationship between part and whole in the works.

The outdoor container exhibition is operated with lighting until 10 p.m., even after regular museum hours, allowing any citizen to freely appreciate the artworks.
