The Jisanhak Academy is an educational program jointly promoted by the National Association of Mayors, Governors and District Heads, the Presidential Committee on Balanced National Development, and the Yeosijae Foundation to create a sustainable industrial ecosystem through organic cooperation between local governments, businesses, schools, and research institutions.

The program began with a lecture on Jisanhak by Lee Kwang-jae, president of the Yeosijae Foundation, followed by a lecture on regional innovation and industry by Kwak Jae-won, former director of Pangyo Techno Valley, and discussions with attending local government leaders.

Additionally, Park Chun-seop, former head of the Budget Bureau at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, lectured on 'Methods for utilizing national finances in local financial management,' and Byun Chang-heum, president of LH Corporation, spoke on 'Decentralized residential welfare and urban regeneration business models.'
