Suwon City Offers Farming Techniques Training for Returning Farmers and Rural Migrants
[Suwon Ilbo=Reporter Seo Dong-young] Training courses offering basic farming techniques and agricultural information are being offered for newly established farmers in the Suwon region.
The Suwon Agricultural Technology Center will recruit trainees to participate in the '2020 Return-to-Farm and Rural Migration (New Farmer) Education' from the 24th to March 4th.
The education will be provided free of charge every Thursday evening from next month 26th to November 12th at the Agricultural Technology Center's Agricultural Technology and Education Hall, targeting 30 trainees.

Anyone who is a newly established farmer residing in Suwon City or a citizen wishing to return to farming can apply.
Applicants will be selected through document screening and review of duplicate education applications.
Applicants should prepare relevant documents including an application form and a return-to-farm/rural migration plan, and submit them to the Suwon Agricultural Technology Center in person or by mail (1st Floor, Agricultural Technology Division, Suwon Agricultural Technology Center, 45 Onjeong-ro, Gwonseon-gu) from the 24th to next month 4th (9 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding weekends and holidays).
