Jang'an District to Conduct Inspection of Delegated Construction Projects in Second Half of 2020

[Suwon Ilbo=Reporter Seo Dong-young] Jang'an District in Suwon will conduct inspections of architect-delegated construction projects from the 13th to the 27th regarding the second half of 2020 mandated inspections.

The inspection target includes buildings that received occupancy permits (completion approval) from January 1 to June 30 of this year. The district plans to examine ▲consistency with design documents at the time of completion ▲any illegal renovations or unauthorized use changes after completion ▲appropriateness of landscape planting ▲management status of attached parking lots, and other matters.

If violations are detected, fact-checking and other procedures will be conducted, and if corrections are not made thereafter, administrative measures such as prosecution and imposition of performance enforcement penalties will be applied in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

A district official stated, "We will continue to prevent violations in construction through ongoing supervision and management, and establish construction order by fostering a sound construction culture."
