'Gyeonggi Real Estate Conference 2026' Held on 15th...Discussing Real Estate Transaction Safety in AI Era

Gyeonggi Province will hold the 'Gyeonggi Real Estate Conference 2026' on the 15th at 1:30 p.m. at the Dasan Hall on the 1st floor of the Gyeonggi Provincial Government Building to discuss strengthening real estate transaction safety through artificial intelligence (AI) technology and the role of licensed real estate agents.

This event will be held under the theme of 'AI and Human Solidarity, Together Protecting Gyeonggi's Residential Safety Net.' Approximately 400 people are expected to attend, including Governor Choo Mi-ae of Gyeonggi Province, National Assembly Member Son Myung-soo, the Vice Minister of Science and ICT, heads of relevant agencies, and licensed real estate agents.

Gyeonggi Province, the Korea Association of Real Estate Agents' Gyeonggi Southern and Northern Chapters, the Korea Appraisers Association, KB Kookmin Bank, Korea Evaluation Data (KODATA), and the National Information Society Agency (NIA) will also conclude a business agreement to create a safe real estate transaction environment.

The participating organizations plan to cooperate on operating real estate transaction safety nets and improving systems, field applications by licensed real estate agents, linking property price and market data with credit and real estate information, and consulting on AI technology and system improvements.

The subsequent conference will address the role of licensed real estate agents in the AI era and methods for utilizing AI technology at real estate brokerage sites.

Through this conference, Gyeonggi Province plans to examine the possibilities of AI utilization according to changes in the real estate transaction environment and the role of field experts, and discuss cooperation methods with relevant organizations to create a safer real estate transaction environment.
