Osan City Distributes Promotional Brochure on 2012 Changes

Osan City announced on the 1st that it has produced "Changes Coming from 2012," a brochure containing various information to help Osan residents understand new systems, laws, and policies taking effect in the new year. The brochure has been distributed to the City Hall civil service counter and neighborhood community centers, and an e-book version has been posted on the city website to actively promote information to local residents.

The promotional brochure contains useful information relevant to daily life, clearly explaining local tax system changes, childcare policies, and welfare policies that will take effect from 2012.

A city official stated, "We plan to continue creating such guidance brochures each year tailored to citizens' perspectives and actively promote them," and added, "We will continuously improve our services to ensure no inconvenience to residents, actively implementing citizen-oriented administration that brings satisfaction to our customers."
