Creating a Convenient Youngtong District with Rich Culture and Arts

Lee Soon-ok (53, Saenuri Party, female), candidate for Suwon City Council member (from another electoral district, Youngtong 1·2·Taejang-dong [Mangpo·Sindong]), said "Over the past 30 years, while working and volunteering in the culture and arts field, I have felt joy and fulfillment in delivering inspiration to people's hearts" and pledged "to conduct politics that can inspire through humble work from humble positions and keeping promises by working hard on the ground."

The candidate presented her main pledges divided into four sectors.
For education pledges, she proposed ▲operating galleries utilizing lobbies and creating living cultural experience spaces, operating cafeterias within libraries, and providing healthy food options.

For residential convenience pledges, she promised ▲installing outdoor concert halls and providing diverse cultural arts programs ▲constructing small-scale performance venues on both sides of the cloud bridge at Central Park plaza.

For transportation, she proposed ▲increasing express buses at 5-minute intervals during rush hours and pursuing special increases in M-bus service ▲installing express highway interchange parking lots ▲establishing new express routes on the Bundang Line.

For welfare, she pledged ▲installing senior rest areas in Bandalpark and providing cultural education play and experience programs ▲establishing community welfare centers utilizing the Taejang-dong silk moth farm site, providing health checkup programs at sports facilities, and securing parking spaces.
