Suwon City Holds User Training for 'Cheongbaek-e System'

Suwon City held training for department managers and administrators of the 'Cheongbaek-e System' on the 17th at the Onnuri Art Hall of the Suwon Youth Development Foundation to prevent public service misconduct and enhance administrative efficiency.
The Cheongbaek-e System monitors five local administrative systems related to local government—namely non-tax revenues, local finance, local taxation, local personnel, and the New All-in-One administrative system—around the clock. Unlike the existing audit system that focuses on post-punishment by superior authorities, the system enables local governments to independently prevent and control misconduct.
The training was designed to have all staff members share an understanding of the importance of the Cheongbaek-e System and to improve the processing rate of monitoring items. Explanations were provided on the system's concept and implementation framework, and users received hands-on instruction on usage methods and response procedures through direct system access to ensure easy comprehension.
