Uiwang City Corporation, Employee Resolution Rally on Customer Service Practice

[Suwon Ilbo = Reporter Seo Dong-young] Uiwang City Corporation (President Choi Wook) held an employee resolution rally on December 12 at the Bugok Sports Center in Uiwang to practice customer-centered service.

The resolution rally was organized to strengthen service mindset and competitiveness toward customers. A staff representative led the recitation of a customer-centered service pledge, and employees reaffirmed their commitment to service practice.

The pledge included content on practicing customer-centered service by building professional expertise as a foundation, along with courteous response, cleanliness management, and communication and empathy with customers so that citizens can utilize the finest facilities.

President Choi Wook stated, "I hope the resolution rally serves as an opportunity for all employees to lead by example in practicing customer-centered service. We will make efforts to create an organizational culture that provides customer service that can impress customers."
