Gwonseon District Implements Non-Contact Electronic Contracts Starting This Year
[Suwon Ilbo=Reporter Seo Dong-young] Gwonseon District in Suwon announced on the 13th that it has converted all contracts to electronic contracts starting this year (January 1st) to ensure transparent and fair contracting.
The electronic contract improvement follows Suwon's electronic contract improvement plan for contract operations, converting all contracts to non-contact electronic contracts through the National Comprehensive Electronic Procurement System (G2B), simplifying the submission of related documents, and replacing seals and countersignatures with electronic signatures.
The objective is to increase the efficiency of contract operations, provide time and cost convenience to contracting parties, and ensure fair contracting.
Kil Young-bae, head of Gwonseon District Office, said "We will actively guide the contracting parties on electronic contracts. We will do our best to promote fair and transparent fair contracts from ordering to payment and responsible construction to improve the integrity and trustworthiness of administration."
