Suwon City Opens Viewing Period and Accepts Opinions on Individual and Multi-Family Housing Prices

[Suwon Ilbo=Reporter Seo Dong-young] Suwon City announced on the 19th that it will accept viewing and opinions regarding individual and multi-family housing prices from homeowners and stakeholders until the 8th of next month.

Individual and multi-family housing prices are used as a basis for calculating various taxes including local and national taxes.

The city calculates prices by surveying the characteristics of land and buildings according to housing price calculation standards. Following this, after collecting opinions from homeowners and stakeholders and undergoing deliberation by the Real Estate Price Public Notice Committee, the city plans to officially announce housing prices on the 29th of next month.

Viewing is available by visiting the tax department of the district office where the housing is located or through the Real Estate Price Public Notice Information website (www.realtyprice.kr).

Homeowners and stakeholders wishing to submit opinions regarding prices can submit an individual housing price opinion document to the tax department of the district office where the housing is located by mail or in person. Submission is also available through the Real Estate Price Public Notice Information website.
