Gwonseon-gu Conducts On-site Survey of Traffic-induced Burden Fee Facilities for 2020

[Suwon Ilbo=Reporter Seo Dong-young] Gwonseon-gu in Suwon City (District Chief Ki Young-bae) will conduct on-site surveys of 1,950 facilities subject to traffic-induced burden fees (as of July 31, 2020) from the 15th through September 10.

The survey is being conducted to verify the usage purpose of facilities, vacant status, and non-use conditions, which will be used as basic data for assessing the fees.

The survey will be conducted through on-site visits by survey personnel. To prevent and contain the spread of COVID-19, the survey will be carried out while strictly adhering to quarantine guidelines such as mask-wearing by both surveyors and facility managers.

A district official stated, "When traffic-induced burden fees are assessed in October, we will display virtual accounts at the top of the notice and provide credit card payment guidance to ensure timely collection and convenient payment for facility owners. We will also send fee assessment details (facility usage information) to residents via fax."
