Youngdeungpo District Holds Meeting to Establish Key Projects for Next Year

[Suwon Ilbo=Reporter Seo Dong-young] Youngdeungpo-gu District in Suwon held a work report meeting from September 1 to 3 to establish key business plans for next year.

The meeting was held with only essential personnel including Song Young-wan, District Chief of Youngdeungpo-gu, and department heads in order to prevent COVID-19. Each dong replaced their reports with written submissions.

Various projects were reported with an emphasis on preparing proactive countermeasures for post-COVID-19 era response, while reviewing key issues centered on current pending matters.

The district will decide whether to continue projects from this year through diagnosis and evaluation, push forward projects utilizing existing resources, and finalize the key business plan considering the city's difficult financial situation.

Song Young-wan, District Chief of Youngdeungpo-gu, said "In 2021, we will make greater efforts to enhance resident convenience and improve the substance of district administration through the promotion of various projects befitting the paradigm shift caused by COVID-19."
