Suwon's Low-Rise Residential Area Home Repair Support Project 'Saebbit House' Provides Expert Consulting
[Suwon Ilbo=Reporter Jeong Jun-sung] Suwon Special City operates counseling centers providing information on 'Saebbit House,' the Suwon-style low-rise residential area home repair support project.
Until the 27th, mobile counseling centers will operate every Friday and Saturday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Mansuk Park and Exit 1 of Saegsaek Station, providing expert home repair consulting to citizens and offering guidance on efficient and economical methods for home repairs.
Citizens interested in expert consulting can apply through the 'Saebbit Talk Talk' application submission board.
'Saebbit House' supports home repair costs for aged low-rise houses within the home repair support zones. Eligible houses are buildings with 4 floors or less (detached houses, multi-unit houses, or townhouses) that have surpassed 20 years since construction approval. The program provides support of up to 12 million won (with 10% self-contribution).
Meanwhile, the city is recruiting households to participate in the 'Saebbit House' project until the 30th. Homeowners must download application forms from the home repair support project website (www.suzip.or.kr), complete them, and submit them along with quotation documents to the Suwon Urban Foundation Housing Welfare Center (2nd floor, The Hum Park, Suin-ro, Gwonseon-gu) during weekday hours from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.).
