Suwon Agricultural & Fishery Products Wholesale Market's Aquatic Products Division to Host Eommuri Gift Certificate Refund Event Sept. 16-20

The Aquatic Products Division of Suwon Agricultural & Fishery Products Wholesale Market will hold an Eommuri Gift Certificate refund event from September 16 to 20 ahead of the Chuseok holiday.

During the event period, customers who purchase domestically produced seafood at participating stores in the Aquatic Products Division can receive up to 20,000 won in Eommuri Gift Certificates as a refund.

The "Chuseok Eommuri Gift Certificate Refund Event" organized by the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries provides refunds of up to 30% of the purchase amount of domestic seafood in the form of Eommuri Gift Certificates. The maximum refund amount per person is 20,000 won. Customers can receive 10,000 won in Eommuri Gift Certificates for purchases of 34,000 won or more, and 20,000 won for purchases of 67,000 won or more.

Among the 54 stores in the Aquatic Products Division, 41 stores are participating in the event. The products handled include frozen seafood, fresh fish, shellfish, live fish, and dried seafood. Participating stores can be found on the notice board of the Suwon Agricultural Technology Center website (www.suwon.go.kr/web/agr/index.do).

During the event period, customers can bring receipts from purchases made between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. to the refund event booth, verify their identity, and receive Eommuri Gift Certificates.

An official from Suwon City stated, "We are conducting this Eommuri Gift Certificate refund event to promote consumption of domestic seafood and reduce the financial burden on consumers," and added, "We hope many citizens will visit the Suwon Agricultural & Fishery Products Wholesale Market during the refund event period."
