KT Partners with Gyeonggi Province VAN Association to Support Digital Transformation for Small Business Owners

KT has joined hands with the Gyeonggi Province VAN Association to support digital transformation for small business owners in the Gyeonggi region.

The aim is to link KT's digital solutions with the association's member network to increase operational efficiency for small business owners and facilitate service adoption.

According to KT on the 17th, the Gyeonggi Southern Branch of the Capital Region Gangnam Customer Division signed a business agreement with the Gyeonggi Province VAN Association on the 16th to support digital transformation for small business owners and revitalize the local economy.

Both sides agreed to expand the distribution of digital transformation solutions including KT HiOrder and jointly operate briefing sessions, training, and consultation meetings for members. They will promote joint programs for operational efficiency and sales activation, and cooperate in publicity for regional mutual prosperity and dissemination of best practices.

KT will provide digital solutions, consultation, and training, and support service implementation. The association will be responsible for informing members of business initiatives and discovering participation demand, cooperating in event operations, and conveying on-site opinions.

Both sides plan to begin with briefing sessions and consultation activities to distribute digital solutions needed by small business owners to the field and discover best practices.

Kim Dae-il, chairman of the Gyeonggi Province VAN Association, said, "We expect that KT's digital solutions and HiOrder will further enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction for small business owners."

Lee Myung-heon, head of KT's Gyeonggi Southern Branch (Senior Executive), said, "I hope this agreement will be an opportunity for member companies and local small business owners to access digital solutions more easily and improve operational efficiency in the field," adding, "We will actively support various digital services so that local small business owners can grow together."
