Suwon City Announces Promotions for Kwon Jung-hee, Kim Hyung-soo, and Yang Hwang-kyung to Grade 4

Suwon City has made an advance announcement of three employees as promotion targets to Grade 4: Kwon Jung-hee, Director of the Family Policy Division at the Women and Family Department; Kim Hyung-soo, Director of the Local Autonomy and Decentralization Division at the Planning and Coordination Office; and Yang Hwang-kyung, Spokesperson.

According to Suwon City on the 17th, the city held a Personnel Committee meeting that day and selected three Grade 5 administrative employees—Family Policy Director Kwon Jung-hee, Local Autonomy and Decentralization Division Director Kim Hyung-soo, and Spokesperson Yang Hwang-kyung—for promotion to Grade 4.

The total number of scheduled promotees is 166. By rank: 3 Grade 4, 20 Grade 5, 20 Grade 6, 55 Grade 7, and 68 Grade 8.

There are 20 scheduled promotees to Grade 5.

From the administrative service, 10 employees are included: Kim Kyung-sook (Innovation Civil Service Division), Kim Seol-ah (Local Autonomy and Decentralization Division), Kim Jung-ok and Park Ran (Human Resources Division), Park Eun-young and Jo Young-hee (Education, Youth and Adolescent Division), Lee Yun-jung (Budget and Finance Division), Lee Jae-jun (Economic Free Zone Promotion Group), Jung Hyun-ju (Transportation Policy Division), and Han Hee-jung (Lifelong Learning Division).

From the tax service, Jung Young-ran (Tax Administration Division) and Joo Hyung (Collection Division) are included as Grade 5 promotion candidates. From the social welfare service, Lee Yun-soon (Senior Welfare Division) is among the promotees. From the industrial service, Hong Seung-ryong (Facilities Corporation Division) is nominated; from the health service, Kim Taek-soo (Sanitation Policy Division); and from the nursing service, Cho Sung-hee (Health Management Division, Youngtong-gu Health Center).

From the environmental service, Ahn Hyun-hee (Water Quality and Rivers Division) has been announced; from the facilities service general civil engineering, Park Se-hong (Urban Development Division) and Jang Il-seok (Construction Policy Division) respectively; and from the architecture service, Kim Young-joo (Multi-Family Housing Division) are each scheduled for Grade 5 promotion.
