'Warmth Mailbox' Installed at Suwon Yeonhwa Garden…Concerns Answered Through Handwritten Letters

Suwon Urban Development Corporation (President Lee Young-in) signed a business agreement on the 21st with nonprofit Ongi, Green Umbrella, and others to provide emotional support to bereaved families and visitors to Suwon Yeonhwa Garden, and installed a Warmth Mailbox at the garden.

Through the Warmth Mailbox, anyone can anonymously leave letters about their concerns and receive handwritten responses in return. Officials from the cooperating organizations attended the MOU signing ceremony held at Yeonhwa Garden that afternoon.

Meanwhile, Suwon Urban Development Corporation announced that ahead of the Chuseok holiday, when large numbers of visitors come to pay respects at Yeonhwa Garden, the garden will operate normally, but the memorial space will be closed from the 19th to the 27th, and the cremation facility, Seunghwawon, will operate on a reduced schedule.
