"Gyeonggi Provincial Government Relocation Site Should Be Administrative Training Institute"

Candidate An presented major campaign promises divided into five sectors.
In the <Culture and Tourism Sector>, he pledged: ▲Creating Nosong Walking Paths and establishing a camping village and trekking trails near Sampung Farm, building Galbi Culture Village, renovating Pajang-dong boarding houses into foreign homestay facilities and promoting them overseas ▲Establishing a "Filial Piety Monument" at Jijidae Pass ▲Creating a traditional lodging complex at Hwahong Parking Lot next to Jangsan Gate.
In the <Education Sector>, he promised: ▲Securing education budgets and replacing outdated facilities ▲Significantly reducing various parental participation committees ▲Establishing a youth complex cultural facility ▲Establishing a talent cultivation creative innovation center called "Beacon of Hope."
In the <Transportation Sector>, he proposed: ▲Expanding main transportation networks connecting Pajang-dong → North Suwon IC → Sanghyeon IC ▲Accelerating the Shin-Suwon Line ▲Introducing a streetcar from Suwon Station → Jangan-gu Office ▲Completing connection roads from Jowon IC → Gwanggyo ahead of schedule.
In the <Gyeonggi Revitalization Sector>, he proposed: ▲Attracting the Suwon High Court ▲Promoting Gyeonggi Provincial Government relocation to the Administrative Training Institute site ▲Establishing a citizen participation committee for re-selection of the provincial government relocation ▲Completing private investment roads connected to Gwanggyo New City ahead of schedule.
In the <Elderly and Welfare Sector>, he proposed: ▲Establishing a senior employment creation center and creating quality region-customized jobs ▲Securing lunch budgets for senior centers and developing and distributing cultural programs ▲Building small-scale welfare facilities ▲Amending ordinances on jeonse and monthly rent brokerage fees.
Additionally, to secure parking spaces for Yeonmu-dong residents, he presented major promises including: ▲Creating underground parking facilities at Changryong Middle School ▲Enacting legislation to use parking and designated parking fee collection revenues only for parking environment improvements, and ▲Paying 50% of welfare facility meal costs with Onnuri gift certificates and ▲Building a pedestrian passage connecting KT Baseball Stadium and Jowon Market to revitalize traditional markets.
Candidate An said, "The Gyeonggi Provincial Government should be located at the center of Gyeonggi Province, not the center of Suwon. The Administrative Training Institute site is ideal due to its transportation accessibility adjacent to the Seoul Outer Ring Road and Yeongdong Expressway, as well as for budget minimization."
In particular, Candidate An emphasized, "Relocating to Gwanggyo would risk unnecessary budget waste of 350 billion won, but relocating to the Administrative Training Institute site would be possible with only 30 billion won for building repairs and new construction costs."
