Suwon Announces Housing Prices; Public Inquiry and Comments Accepted Until 31st
Suwon City announced on the 11th that it will accept inquiries and comments on housing prices through the 31st.
Housing prices were calculated based on January 1, 2015, including land and buildings, and will be used as tax data for national taxes such as comprehensive real estate tax and capital gains tax, as well as local taxes including property tax and acquisition tax.
The subjects of inquiry include 35,684 single-family houses and 279,602 multi-family houses, which can be viewed at the Tax Division of each district office where the housing is located.
Multi-family housing prices can be viewed through the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's multi-family housing price inquiry system (http://aao.kab.co.kr).
Homeowners or stakeholders with opinions on housing prices can submit a comment form provided at the inquiry location.
For housing prices with submitted comments, appraisers will conduct a re-investigation.
Subsequently, the results of the re-investigation will be notified to the person who submitted comments, and housing prices will be announced again on April 30th.
