Yangju City Renovates Osan Sanddeul Park Par Course Golf to 9-Hole Scale

Yangju City announced that it has newly renovated the Osan Sanddeul Park Par Course Golf to a 9-hole scale and will operate it on a trial basis through November 30.
This renovation was undertaken to address the recently growing demand for par course golf use and to provide citizens with a more pleasant leisure space.
During the trial operation period, the facility will operate autonomously without on-site managers, and visitors can use it free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis without making separate reservations. Usage guidelines have been posted on-site to ensure the safety and smooth facility use of visitors.
The facility will be closed every Monday for maintenance inspections, and will otherwise remain open without any time restrictions. However, facility use may be restricted in cases of severe weather conditions such as rain or when facility maintenance is necessary.
From December through February of the following year, which is the winter season, the facility is planned to be closed for facility protection and safety management.
The city plans to inspect facility usage status and operational conditions during the trial operation period and, based on these findings, will prepare more efficient operational methods going forward.
Park Project Division Director Lee Chang-yeon stated, "I hope the newly renovated Osan Sanddeul Park Par Course Golf will become a space where citizens can visit without burden, enjoy par course golf, and spend healthy leisure time."
