'Suwon Sustainable City Foundation Resident Proposal Contest' Briefing Session to be Held on 4th-7th of Next Month
[Suwon Ilbo=Reporter Seo Dong-young] The Suwon Sustainable City Foundation will hold a briefing session for the '2020 Suwon Sustainable City Foundation Resident Proposal Contest' from the 4th to the 7th of next month.
The briefing sessions will be held at 2 PM on each of the following dates: ▲4th (Conference Room on 6th Floor of Jangan-gu Office) ▲5th (Conference Room on 2nd Floor of Gwonseon-gu Office) ▲6th (Conference Room on 3rd Floor of Paldal-gu Office) ▲7th (Conference Room on 2nd Floor of Yeongtong-gu Office).
The sessions will provide information about the contest including support details, methods, procedures, and accounting standards. Any Suwon resident interested in the project can attend. In addition to Q&A; sessions, on-site consulting will be provided for communities wishing to participate in the contest.
The '2020 Suwon Sustainable City Foundation Resident Proposal Contest' is a project that solicits resident proposals necessary for supporting local community activities carried out by the Suwon Sustainable City Foundation. The project will be conducted within a total budget of 270 million won. Support ranging from 1 million won to a maximum of 10 million won per project is planned.
The contest solicits proposals from entities aimed at community activities in the fields of villages, water environment, and media. Applications are accepted until the 21st of next month.
Local resident groups or organizations interested in participating can download application forms from the foundation's website (www.sscf2016.or.kr) and apply. Depending on the contest field, applications should be submitted to the following venues: Village Renaissance Center (2nd Floor of The Ham Park) for the village field, Water Environment Center (2nd Floor of The Ham Park) for the water environment field, and Media Center (B1F of Suwon Youth Culture Center) for the media field.
