Osan City to Hold 'Osan Beauty- Fresh Festival' Starting from the 21st

Osan City will hold the Beauty Fresh Festival (2011 Osan Beauty- Fresh Festival) for three days starting from the 21st at City Hall Square.

The city, which is promoting Beauty as an urban brand project, plans to highlight itself as an excellent city for business through this event and attract beauty industry companies to its industrial complex.

This year's inaugural event will feature nine renowned cosmetics companies including Amorepacific, Nadri, Somang, and La Penne, seven fashion companies including Crocodile and Chatrèn, and approximately 50 companies in various sectors including Netaile, skin massage, beauty, and handicrafts.

During the event, the Skin Beautician Association, Fashion Hand Painting, Handicrafts, Beauty professionals, Osan University and other six associations and universities will participate, holding various experience programs including making natural cosmetics and beauty painting.

Additionally, the Korean Professional Nail Association, Makeup Professional Career Exchange Meeting, Scalp Association, Handicraft Association, and Osan University will hold exhibitions in fields including nail art, makeup, hair art, flower art, and crystal flowers.

Starting with a performance on the first day of the event, the three-day program will feature diverse cultural performances including body painting shows, beauty concerts, fashion shows, hair art shows, band performances, star auditions, and the beauty rock festival.

The city will use all proceeds from the sale of donated items from approximately 50 participating companies through auction to help underprivileged citizens.
