Yangju City is promoting the "2017 Apartment Building Subsidy Support Project" to support management operations in aging apartment complexes.
The subsidy support project provides partial funding for costs necessary for apartment building management operations within the budget scope, in accordance with the Housing Act, for apartment buildings with 20 or more units constructed under the Housing Act.
Applications can be submitted from January 23 to February 3 at the relevant eup, myeon, or dong office.
Eligible facilities for apartment building subsidy support are limited to apartment buildings that have been in use for more than 7 years after use inspection, including children's playgrounds, road repairs, and stone retaining walls with risk of disaster within apartment complexes.
The selection of supported complexes will be determined after on-site inspection and review by the deliberation committee.
