Pyeongtaek Vice Mayor Lee Jong-ho Visits Free Public Bicycle Rental Station at Tongbok Stream
[Suwon Ilbo=Reporter Seo Dong-young] Pyeongtaek Vice Mayor Lee Jong-ho visited the "Two-Wheel Happiness" free public bicycle rental station located at Tongbok Stream on the 31st of last month to encourage staff and self-employed workers at the Pyeongtaek Community Rehabilitation Center (Director Kim Yang-soo), which operates the rental station.
He then rode bicycles with representatives from companies supporting the public bicycle rental station, including Kyungdong Navienn Co., Ltd., Albak Co., Ltd., and Pyeongtaek branch of the Korea Electrical Safety Corporation, traveling from Tongbok Stream to Naeri Culture Park.
Meanwhile, the "Two-Wheel Happiness" free public bicycle rental station opened on the 10th of last month, and the number of users is gradually increasing.
Director Kim Yang-soo said, "I will do my best to make this public bicycle rental station a safe and enjoyable place for cycling," and added, "I am pleased that a bicycle route where citizens can enjoy the autumn atmosphere has been prepared. We look forward to many residents using the station."
