Paldal-gu Accepts Submissions on Individual Land Value Assessment for 29,814 Parcels
[Suwon Ilbo=Correspondent Seo Dong-yeong] Paldal-gu, Suwon City, will accept public review and opinions on individual land value assessments based on January 1, 2020, for 29,814 parcels of land through the 4th of next month.
The land value assessment can be reviewed at the District Office's General Civil Complaint Department, the Administrative Welfare Centers in districts where the land is located, and online through the Paldal-gu website or the Real Estate Public Notice Price Notifier. Land owners or interested parties with opinions may submit their written feedback using forms provided at the review locations.
Submitted opinions will be re-investigated to determine whether they are in balance with prices of neighboring land or standard land parcels. The results will be notified following verification by a certified appraiser and deliberation by the Suwon City Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee. The reviewed and adjusted land values will be finalized and announced on May 29.
The assessed land values exclude 743 standard land parcels surveyed and assessed by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport on February 13, and certain parcels such as roads and rivers that are not subject to national or local taxation.
