Suwon Urban Corporation to Apply 'Integrated Infrastructure System' in Building-Type Parking Lots from June
[Suwon Ilbo=Reporter Seo Dong-yeong] An 'Integrated Infrastructure System' (remote control system) will be introduced in building-type parking lots operated by Suwon Urban Corporation (President Lee Bu-yeong).
On the 29th, the corporation signed an MOU on the 'Integrated Infrastructure System' at a conference room on the third floor of Daeham Park, with approximately 10 attendees including Suwon Urban Corporation President Lee Bu-yeong and Noh Gyeong-ho, CEO of Logisystem. The system, introduced for the first time nationwide, features unmanned remote control and safety management functions for facilities.
By the end of June, the corporation will establish the Integrated Infrastructure System at 15 building-type parking lots managed and operated by the corporation, including those at Sungkyunkwan University Station Transfer and Yeongtong.
Pursued to maintain parking lots and prevent safety accidents, this system is based on IoT (Internet of Things) technology and allows remote operation of CCTV, on-site control devices, and more.
In the event of safety accidents such as fires at facilities, staff receive automatic notifications (SMS), enabling rapid responses to maintenance issues and civil complaints.
The corporation plans to establish a 24-hour on-site dispatch service for immediate action.
The system will be pursued as a 'lease-type' project. The contractor (Logisystem Co., Ltd.) bears the full initial facility investment costs, and the corporation pays in installments. The corporation expects budget savings of 110 million won.
President Lee Bu-yeong stated, "The Integrated Infrastructure System is a smart parking lot operation and management system applying advanced technology," and added, "We will do our best to ensure citizens can use safe and convenient facilities."
