Jangan-gu to Conduct Individual Residential Property Appraisals Through December
[Suwon Ilbo=Reporter Seo Dong-young] Suwon's Jangan-gu will conduct individual residential property characteristic surveys through December this year on a total of 9,624 units (including 490 standard residential units) of detached houses, multi-unit houses, and mixed-use residential properties to calculate 2021 individual residential property values.
The individual residential property characteristic survey first confirms changes in various public records such as building management registers, then conducts field inspections to verify change documents including extensions, demolitions, and purpose changes by referencing characteristic survey forms and plans. Subsequently, it conducts comprehensive surveys on land characteristics such as purpose and area, as well as building characteristics.
Upon completion of the individual residential property value characteristic survey, the district plans to apply residential property price comparison tables to finalize price calculations by February 2021, then collect price viewing and opinions from residential property owners and interested parties, with the individual residential property values to be determined and announced in April 2021.
A district official stated, "Given the importance of individual residential property characteristic surveys as they serve as the basis for determining the taxable standard for local and national taxes, we will conduct meticulous and accurate investigations."
