[Suwon Ilbo=Reporter Seo Dong-young] Pyeongtaek City announced on the 21st that it has registered the trademark for "Green Breath Farm," a collective brand that can be utilized by excellent rural experience farms in the city, with the Patent Office.

Green Breath Farm was developed as a collective brand by the Agricultural Technology Center in 2017 when the Agricultural Ecology Center was established to share various information and promote experience programs with rural experience farms in the Pyeongtaek region in connection with the Agricultural Ecology Center. Following a trademark application in September of last year, the trademark registration decision came through after one year, securing another piece of intellectual property for Pyeongtaek City.

The Green Breath Farm logo symbolizes a warm sun against the backdrop of the expansive Pyeongtaek fields where lush, fresh agricultural crops grow. The green leaves and flower petals bursting like fireworks embody the image of a vibrant farm experience, and carry the meaning of eating, resting, playing, and enjoying fresh and clean agricultural products grown in the vast Pyeongtaek fields.

Rural experience facility operators who meet certain qualifications and pass evaluation are granted the right to use the Green Breath Farm trademark brand.

The city announced that it will actively promote the Green Breath Farm trademark to establish itself as a representative brand of experiential farms representing Pyeongtaek and will support the vitalization of rural experience farms.

For inquiries regarding the use of the brand, contact the City's Rural Resources and Agricultural Ecology Center Team (031-8024-4664).
