Yongin City Operates Integrated Support Center for Heavy Snow Damage Counseling

[Suwon Ilbo=Choi Ki-ho] Yongin Special City announced on the 9th that it has been operating an integrated support center since the 2nd to provide convenient and swift counseling for citizens affected by the heavy snow that fell on the 27th and 28th of last month.

The integrated support center, established at the main customer service desk on the 1st floor of City Hall, provides various services including heavy snow damage civil complaint registration, recovery fund loan counseling, tax and national pension deferment counseling, and disaster psychological recovery counseling.

Participating agencies in the counseling service include departments in charge of agriculture, livestock, small businesses, construction, and forestry, the National Pension Service, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation, NH Bank, and the Tax Service.

Citizens wishing to receive counseling can visit the integrated support center located on the 1st floor of City Hall or use the service by phone (031-6193-1166).

A city official stated, "We are operating the integrated support center for citizens facing difficulties due to the sudden heavy snow damage," and added, "We encourage citizens in need of assistance to actively visit the center."
