Suwon to Open 'Saebit Shinmungo Veterans Visit' Service at Paldal-gu Office on the 25th

[Suwon Ilbo=Reporter Jeong Jun-sung] Suwon Special City will operate 'Saebit Shinmungo Veterans Visit' from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the 25th at the Paldal-gu Office's main conference room.

'Saebit Shinmungo Veterans Visit' is a customized consultation service where administrative and legal experts and relevant agency officials visit the site to explore solutions to grievances, targeting businesses, citizens, and small business owners.

The on-site consultation at Paldal-gu Office will be attended by Suwon's veteran team leader (administrative expert), members of the Citizen Grievance Committee and related agencies (Credit Recovery Committee, Small Business Market Promotion Corporation, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation), among others.

The service will provide consultation on various types of complaints, including administrative affairs (administration, taxation, and construction), legal matters, debt issues, and financial support for small business owners.

For complaints submitted in advance, on-site investigations and consultations between relevant departments will be conducted, and if necessary, they will be brought up as agenda items for the Citizen Grievance Committee.

A city official said, "'Saebit Shinmungo Veterans Visit' is a customized consultation service that hears citizens' difficulties at the site and develops solutions," and added, "We hope it will be of some help in resolving citizens' grievances." The official continued, "We will do our best to communicate with citizens at the site and become a trusted administration."
