Suwon Urban Development Corporation Conducts Comprehensive Investigation into Misuse of Deltaeplex Employee Priority Parking Lot

[Suwon Ilbo=Reporter Lee Min-jung] Suwon Urban Development Corporation (President Lee Young-in) announced on the 13th that it will conduct a comprehensive investigation into misuse of the employee priority parking lot near Deltaeplex starting on the 19th.

The investigation is being conducted to resolve backlogs of long-term waitlist holders due to misuse and to expand fair allocation.

The subjects of the comprehensive investigation are 1,980 contract holders of the Deltaeplex employee priority parking lot. The parking spaces include 342 spaces in Complex 1, 289 spaces in Complex 2, and 1,726 spaces in Complex 3, for a total of 2,357 spaces.

Subjects must submit supporting documents including vehicle registration certificates, business registration certificates, and health insurance confirmation documents to the corporation by the 30th of this month.

The corporation previously sent relevant information regarding the comprehensive investigation to subjects by mail and text message and provided guidance.

Following a verification process through next month's 6th, follow-up measures such as termination notices for those found to be misusing the service will be taken, with new allocations scheduled to be completed by March.
