Guri Urban Corporation Conducts Community Service Activities at Senior Centers

The company's employees visited Topyeong U-Nam Senior Center and Hansung 3rd Senior Center in sequence starting at 4 p.m. on the 23rd, carrying out environmental cleanup activities so that seniors could spend the new year in a more pleasant and hygienic environment.

This volunteer activity was promoted with a focus on improving indoor air quality at senior centers, where ventilation is difficult in winter, and creating hygienic spaces to protect the health of seniors.

On that day, the company's employees removed accumulated dust from the living rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms of the senior centers, and cleaned windows and floors to improve the overall indoor environment.

Additionally, they systematically organized items that seniors had been storing and removed unnecessary clutter that could obstruct safety, securing indoor movement pathways and making efforts to prevent safety accidents.

Furthermore, they collected garbage from the entrances and surrounding walkways of the senior centers, conducting surrounding environmental cleanup in parallel so that local residents could also experience tangible changes.
