The core pledge expert TF teams organized by the Future Vision Committee include △'Hwaseong Circular Railway Construction Plan,' △'AI Civil Servant Coribot Employment' △'Hwaseong-style Citizen Collaboration (tentatively named) Hwaseong Together Organization' △'Dome Baseball Stadium Construction and Attraction of Four Major Professional Sports Citizen Teams including Professional Baseball Team' △'AI-based Space and Aerospace Industry Cluster Hub Creation' △'Public Institution Management Innovation,' and others.
'Hwaseong Circular Railway Construction' is a core pledge that aims to establish a circular railway network connecting Dongtan and the West Coast through feasibility review, connecting the entire city into a 30-minute living zone. Currently, the railway network in Hwaseong is primarily constructed along the north-south axis centered on access to Seoul, causing inconvenience in east-west travel. Once the circular railway is constructed, significant improvements in accessibility to Seoul as well as the southwestern region and Dongtan are expected.
The 'AI Civil Servant Coribot,' being pursued for the first time nationwide, is a core project that will rapidly process simple and repetitive civil complaints 24 hours, 365 days, reducing the workload of public officials and leading AI-based administrative innovation. It is expected to provide citizen-felt public services by enhancing administrative efficiency and policy sophistication in various fields, including policy analysis using administrative data, traffic flow prediction, and identification of blind spots in welfare.
The 'Hwaseong-style Citizen Collaboration (tentatively named) Hwaseong Together Organization' focuses on citizen participation in administration through governance, with implementation targeted within 100 days of taking office. The aim is to reflect citizens' agendas in city administration and contribute to enhancing practical policy implementation.
The 'Dome Baseball Stadium Construction and Attraction of Four Major Professional Sports Citizen Teams' TF is concretizing core pledges for expanding sports infrastructure and revitalizing leisure sports. Plans include promoting Hwaseong City Sports Center construction and creating an Extreme Zone in parks within the Dongtan area to expand the basis for citizens' leisure and sports activities.
'AI-based Space and Aerospace Industry Cluster Hub Creation' is a core strategy for securing future growth engines, with emphasis on building a space and aerospace industry foundation and fostering related industry ecosystems.
