Suwon Municipal Choir Holds 'Lawn Concert - Midsummer Night Sing-along'

The "2026 Lawn Concert - Midsummer Night Sing-along" will be held on the evening of the 28th at Suwon Outdoor Music Hall (Ingye-dong), where audiences can enjoy the performance of the Suwon Municipal Choir while sitting on the lawn.

This year's concert is organized as a "stage for civic harmony," where the Suwon Municipal Choir takes the stage with amateur citizen choirs from Suwon and performs together with the audience. It also proceeds as a "sing-along" that breaks down the boundary between stage and audience, allowing all spectators to join in singing along.

The performance conducted by artistic director Kim Bo-mi began with an overture created together by Project Pops Orchestra and contemporary dance team (Orbit Project), and was filled with classical masterpieces.

Lee Jae-jun, mayor of Suwon Special City, who attended the lawn concert, said, "I hope many citizens will join us at the abundant autumn festivals held in Suwon City."
