Gyeonggi Province Office of Education Shares Values of Mutual Respect and Integrity with School Administrators

The Gyeonggi Province Office of Education (Superintendent An Min-seok) held a training session on '2026 Mutual Respect and Integrity Through Film' on the 22nd at the auditorium of the Northern Building of the Gyeonggi Province Office of Education for approximately 120 school administrators (principals and vice-principals).

This event was organized to build consensus that a culture of mutual respect begins with the awareness and practice of school administrators and to expand it into an organizational culture practiced together by all school members.

In particular, moving away from one-way lecture-style education, the training was conducted as an experience and communication-centered education in which participants examined various conflicts and relationships depicted in films and contemplated them from the perspective of integrity and mutual respect.

The main programs comprised 'Integrity Cinema,' where participants reflect on the meaning of eliminating abusive behavior and mutual respect through film cases, and 'Integrity Golden Bell,' in which school administrators directly participate to learn about integrity-related laws and systems.

The Provincial Office of Education expects this event to serve as an opportunity for school administrators to collectively consider the direction of an integrity-oriented organizational culture, and for administrators' practice to lead to mutual respect and trust among members.

Going forward, the office plans to actively reflect on-site voices in integrity policies and expand opportunities for member participation, continuing to spread an integrity culture that is practiced in the field and experienced by members.
