Korea Industrial Manpower Agency Gyeonggi Northern Branch Shares "Warmth" with Gyeonggi Visually Impaired Welfare Center

The Korea Industrial Manpower Agency Gyeonggi Northern Branch (Branch Director Yu Ji-yong) visited the Gyeonggi Visually Impaired Welfare Center on the occasion of Chuseok and delivered Onmuri gift certificates carefully prepared by its employees.

The Korea Industrial Manpower Agency Gyeonggi Northern Branch has maintained its relationship with the Gyeonggi Visually Impaired Welfare Center since 2015, and particularly since 2019, has visited the welfare center each year during the Lunar New Year and Chuseok holidays to deliver Onmuri gift certificates and support warm celebrations for people with visual impairments.

The Onmuri gift certificates delivered annually are utilized for customized support reflecting the needs of the visually impaired, and by allowing individuals to select necessary items according to their circumstances, this translates into practical living support.

Yu Ji-yong, Branch Director of the Korea Industrial Manpower Agency Gyeonggi Northern Branch, stated, "I find it meaningful to share warmth with those with visual impairments on the occasion of Chuseok," and added, "Going forward, we will continue to carry out sharing initiatives that can benefit people with visual impairments together with the local community."
