Osan City released a guidebook on the 30th titled "Local Tax Stories That Both Citizens and Businesses Can Understand," which explains local taxes in easy-to-understand language.
The city included information in the guidebook from the perspective of taxpayers, covering not only local taxes but also information necessary for real estate transactions and vehicle ownership.
In addition, the city included information needed by businesses, such as tax-exempt and reduced tax details as well as precautions when reporting and paying local taxes.
A city official stated, "We plan to create and distribute a local tax guidebook every year," and added, "We will implement tax administration that satisfies taxpayers so that there is no inconvenience to citizens."
