Osan City Holds First Innovative Education Council Meeting

Osan City announced on the 24th that it held the Osan Innovative Education Council meeting at the City Hall situation room on the 23rd.

The council was attended by co-chairs Kwak Sang-wook, Osan City Mayor, and Gu Gyo-yeol, Superintendent of Hwaseong-Osan Office of Education, along with 22 standing committee members and 13 steering committee members.
The main agenda focused on discussing development plans for the Osan Innovative Education District, including a project briefing for the Osan Innovative Education District and a plan to promote consulting to strengthen project implementation.

Osan City Mayor Kwak Sang-wook stated, "We are making multifaceted efforts to create Osan, the nation's best educational city where learning and teaching bring joy," and emphasized, "This year is a time when results in innovative education are needed, and we have great expectations for conscious teachers, and we must also be able to gain much by receiving advice from external education experts."
