Training on 19th-20th; Completion Qualifies Applicants for Policy Loans Up to 70 Million Won
Osan City (Mayor Kwak Sang-wook) announced on the 10th that it will conduct specialized training in small business operations over two days, on the 19th and 20th, hosted by the Small Enterprise and Market Service (SEMAS) Hwaseong Center for local small business owners facing financial difficulties.
The training will take place in a conference room on the second floor of the Osan Osaek Market Customer Support Center and will focus on strengthening problem-solving skills for small shop owners. The training targets existing small business owners (business representatives) in the Osan area. Upon completing a total of 12 hours of education—comprising 10 hours of in-person training and 2 hours of online training—participants will qualify to apply for small business policy loans from the Small and Medium Business Administration.
Small business policy loans provide up to 70 million won per business with an interest rate of 3.77% (variable quarterly), a loan period of 5 years (including a 2-year grace period). This year, the Small Enterprise and Market Service provided policy loans of 1.2 billion won covering 48 cases to small businesses in Osan.
To apply for the training, participants should register online by the 18th through the Small Enterprise and Market Service Education Information System (http://eduinfo.seda.or.kr) under <Management School - Industry-Specific Training - Gyeonggi/Osan>. Final participants will be notified individually by the Small Enterprise and Market Service Hwaseong Center.
The first day of training will cover entrepreneurship, shop revitalization program strategy, online marketing strategy, and shop differentiation methods. The second day will consist of success cases and support programs.
Training is free of charge. Training hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the first day and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the second day.
