Choi Kyujin "Actively Attract National Athletes' Disability Training Sports Complex"

Choi Kyujin, preliminary candidate for Suwon mayor of the Saenuri Party, announced he will actively push to attract a training sports complex for national-level athletes with disabilities.

The preliminary candidate visited the Gyeonggi Province Disability Bowling Team training at Suwon Bowling Center located in Jeongjadong, Jangan-gu on the 10th, offering encouragement and making the statement.

Preliminary candidate Choi emphasized, "In the sports field, it is urgent to construct a training sports complex for national-level athletes with disabilities to promote disability rights and community sports participation, and we must definitely attract it to Suwon."

He explained, "The sports complex will be equipped with related facilities so that not only national team athletes but also general citizens with disabilities in Suwon can enjoy sports freely."

Preliminary candidate Choi proposed using either the Rural Development Administration site or the former Seoul National University of Agriculture and Life Sciences campus as the construction location.

Regarding the project cost estimated at 26 billion won, he announced he will actively cooperate with relevant agencies to enable early completion by investing 50% each from the National Sports Promotion Fund and local budgets (Gyeonggi Province and Suwon).
