Choi Gyujin: "Actively Attract National Disabled Athletes Training Gymnasium"

Choi Gyujin, a preliminary candidate for Suwon mayor of the Saenuri Party, announced he will actively promote the attraction of a training gymnasium for national disabled athletes.

On the 10th, Choi visited the Gyeonggi Province Disabled Bowling Team training at the Suwon Bowling Center located in Jeongjadong, Jangan-gu, and offered encouragement while making this statement.

Preliminary candidate Choi emphasized, "In the sports sector, it is urgent to construct a training gymnasium for national disabled athletes to promote disabled rights and community sports activities, and we will definitely attract it to Suwon."

He explained, "The gymnasium to be built will secure related facilities so that not only national representatives but also general disabled residents of Suwon can freely enjoy sports."

Preliminary candidate Choi proposed using either the Rural Development Administration site or the former Seoul National University of Agriculture and Life Sciences campus as the construction site.

He also stated he would actively cooperate with relevant agencies to ensure prompt completion by investing 2.6 billion won in project costs, with 50% each from the National Sports Promotion Fund and local budgets (Gyeonggi Province and Suwon).
