Gyeonggi Province to Recruit 326 Grade 9 Social Welfare Officials

Gyeonggi Province announced on the 10th that it will recruit 326 grade 9 social welfare officials.

The breakdown includes 255 general positions, 20 for persons with disabilities, 19 for low-income individuals, and 32 part-time positions.

Part-time positions involve working 20 hours per week and 4 hours per day, with employees able to choose their work hours based on job characteristics and personal needs.

By city and county, the positions are allocated as follows: Suwon 25, Goyang 30, Seongnam 11, Yongin 17, Bucheon 12, Ansan 17, Namyangju 18, Anyang 9, Hwaseong 25, Pyeongtaek 16, Uijeongbu 10, Siheung 30, Paju 16, Gimpo 7, Gwangmyeong 7, Gwangju 20, Gunpo 5, Osan 5, Icheon 5, Yangju 4, Guri 5, Pocheon 5, Uiwang 4, Hanam 9, Yeoju 4, Dongducheon 2, Gwacheon 2, Gapyeong 3, and Yeoncheon 3.

Applications will be accepted from the 25th to 27th of this month, followed by written examinations and interviews, with final successful candidates announced on May 13.

Last year, Gyeonggi Province recruited 361 grade 9 social welfare officials, with a competition rate of 11.9 to 1 for general positions.
